What if the mail service loses your water bottle?? Well if you reply to the email on the order confirmation...and wait about 5 minutes you will get a response back. The person will kindly look into it and respond back again. She even offered to send me a new water bottle at midnight last night...why at midnight? Because I hadnt received it yet. It came in the mail today though and Im so excited to wash it and use it...GUYS THIS THING IS ADORABLE!!! I will be carrying it to work with me. (So what if I bought it for my little one.
