Little miss: I read this book the other way when I was in my feelings and having a rough time. It helped me to identify feelings.

This is such a fun book to use with small kiddos! It is one of my 3 year olds favorite books and he pics it mostly for the in-depth discussions the book encourages him to have with who ever is reading with him. Tonight my husband got to talk to him about feeings of anger and sadness in a completely different way than I would’ve ever approached it thanks to this wonderful, colorful book. Highly recommend for any home! Plus the bright colors and cheerful illustrations are perfect to keep kids attention!
